Cancelling a Subscription from the Member Record

A subscription can be cancelled and refunded from the Member Record

1. Select the Membership module from the top menu

2. Select the Members option from the left hand menu

3. Search for the relevant member you wish to cancel a subscription for. View the record by selecting their name or Actions > View

4. Go to the Financial Tab within the member record 

5. Find the appropriate subscription to cancel in the Subscriptions listing

6. Select Actions > Cancel 

7. You can add a comment as a reason for the cancelled subscription and you will also be asked if you would like to cancel with a refund or without a refund and to confirm the refund amount. If you select to cancel without a refund you will not be able to refund this payment at a later date

Please Note that you can only refund payments that were made by an online credit card purchase
