Adding an Official Type

Quick Steps: Go to Competitions > Officials > Official Types > Add

Official Types allow you to set up the different types of officials required for your matches, including referee, umpire, linesman, goal umpire, and so on. This option allows you to designate officials to a specific role, as well as set their standard payment rate.

Adding an Official Type:

1. Within the Management Console, select COMPETITIONS from the top menu, then OFFICIALS from the left menu.

2. Select the OFFICIAL TYPES button at the top of the screen.

3. Click ADD to add a new type.

3. Designate the Title of the new Official Type, then assign it a Code, and a Match Charge.

4. Click SAVE, and you can now start assigning Officials to this Official Type.

Adding Official Types allows you to ensure that only those that are qualified for a certain role are placed in that role when assigning officials for games.
