There are sometimes cases where the match results or results for individuals are not displaying as they were entered into the portal. This can be easily fixed by an association or competition administrator using the following steps
- Go to the Competitions menu for the association or league with the incorrect results
- Select the competition from the competition listing
- From here we need to select Results from the left hand menu
- Select the match that is displaying inaccurate scores and press Edit
- From here without changing any details in the results itself press Save
By re-saving the result this triggers the competition to recalculate the round including that particular game and you should find that both the match results and ladder rankings (if applicable) have changed to display correctly
